Hridaya answers your phone when you can't — day or night. It knows your prices, books the appointment, and messages you within seconds. Your number stays exactly as it is.
No card. No contract. Set up with you in a day.
An example conversation — an illustration of how it handles a customer, not a recording of one.
Your own numbers
Two questions, and they're your own numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere — this is only the arithmetic.
An estimate, not a promise — we don't know your shop. 1 in 15 is deliberately low; most owners tell us it's better than that.
The first thing every owner asks
Not on your board, not on Google, not on your cards. We switch on call forwarding — one code, dialled once, on your own phone — and you decide when it happens.
You answer whenever you can. Hridaya catches only what you'd have lost anyway — which also keeps your bill down.
Mid-haircut and the phone goes again. It takes the second call instead of that one going dead.
It answers everything and messages you about each one. Useful when you're short-staffed or away.
What it actually does
No “press 1 for bookings”. It talks, it listens, and it writes everything down.
At 11pm, on a Sunday, while you're mid-haircut. Nobody hears a ringtone and hangs up.
“Tomorrow evening around six” becomes a real booking — with a name and a number — on your phone, in seconds.
If it isn't written down, it says so, takes the number and tells you. It will never guess a price and make you look like a liar.
Marathi, Hindi, English, or all three in one sentence. Roman letters or Devanagari — it replies in whichever came in.
The same prices and the same rules, and it can take a booking straight from a chat.
Somebody asked and never came back? It messages them a few hours later, so they don't quietly disappear.
The part nobody else does
Your billing book is full of people who came once and never returned. Every month, Hridaya rings them with your offer — and books whoever says yes.
Not just fewer missed calls. Empty chairs actually filled.
Pricing
A receptionist costs ₹12,000–18,000 a month and goes home at eight.
₹2,500 /month
100 minutes of calls included
₹4,000 /month
300 minutes of calls included
Both begin with a free month — your real shop, your real prices, your real calls. No card up front, and stop whenever you like.
Straight answers
No. It's a computer assistant, and if your customer asks directly it says so. Most don't ask — it's warm and it's quick. But we will never pretend to your customers, because that would come back on you and not on us.
It can only say what you've written down. Ask it something you haven't covered and it doesn't guess — it takes the number and tells you to call them back. That rule is built into the system and can't be switched off.
No. Your number stays yours — on your board, on Google, on your cards. We switch on call forwarding, which is one code dialled once on your own phone, and you choose whether it catches every call or only the ones nobody answers.
So does it — Marathi, Hindi, English, and the mix people actually use. It replies in the language and the script your customer used, so somebody who types in roman letters gets roman letters back.
Yes, from your phone, and it applies to the very next call. There's also a daily note — “Meera is on leave today” — that it reads before anything else.
About a day, and it's done with you, not by you. You give the details once. There is nothing to install.
Tell us and we stop. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. The free month is genuinely free.
Not a demo on a laptop — your shop, your prices, your customers. If it doesn't bring you bookings, you've lost nothing but a conversation.
