Terms of service
The agreement between Dial Vola and a business using Hridaya. Short, and in plain English — if any of it surprises you, that is our fault, so ask before you sign up.
What Hridaya does
Hridaya answers your incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages using an automated assistant. It answers questions from the information you give it, books appointments, records the caller's number, and messages you about each one. On the Growth plan it also rings your existing customers with your offers and follows up people who enquired but did not book.
What it costs
- Starter — ₹2,500 a month, including 100 minutes of calls.
- Growth — ₹4,000 a month, including 300 minutes of calls, plus outbound offer calls and automatic follow-ups.
Your plan is a minute balance, not a call count. Every call's length is subtracted from it. We will tell you before you run out, and running out pauses the service rather than generating a surprise bill.
The first month is free. No card is needed to start it, and it is genuinely free — not a trial that bills you at the end.
What you are responsible for
These are the ones that matter, so they are not buried:
- The accuracy of what you tell it. Hridaya answers only from the prices, hours and services you enter. If a price in there is out of date, Hridaya will quote the out-of-date price. You can change it from your phone and it applies to the very next call.
- Having the right to call the numbers you upload. For outbound campaigns you may upload only your own customers — people who have already dealt with your business. Not bought lists, not scraped numbers. Anyone who asks not to be called again never will be.
- Honouring what Hridaya books. A booking it confirms is a booking your customer expects you to keep.
- Your login. Anyone with it can see your customers' details and start real calls that cost real money.
What we do not promise
We would rather say this plainly than hide it:
- We do not promise a number of bookings. The figures on our home page are an estimate you control with two sliders, not a forecast for your shop.
- Hridaya does not know things you have not told it. That is deliberate. Asked something outside what you wrote down, it says it does not know, takes the number, and tells you — it does not guess and it does not search the internet mid-call.
- It is not a person and does not claim to be. Asked directly, it says it is an assistant.
- It is not for emergencies. Do not use Hridaya as the only way to reach a medical or safety service.
- Phone networks and the internet fail sometimes. We aim to run around the clock and we will tell you when something breaks, but we cannot promise a service that never has a bad day.
Stopping
Tell us and we stop. There is no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Ask and you get an export of your bookings and leads; ask and we delete your data within 30 days.
We may suspend an account that is being used to call people who never dealt with the business, to break the law, or to impersonate somebody. We will tell you why.
Liability
If we get something wrong, our responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business beyond that. Nothing here limits any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you are free to leave rather than accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Contact
WhatsApp. A real person answers — at present, the person who built it.
